On April 3, at the invitation of the Zhuhai Hengqin New Area Management Committee, Zhao Baigong, Vice Chair of the 12th NPC Foreign Affairs Committee, Chair of the Advisory Committee of BRI International Think Tank of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Chair of Advisory Committee of CASS-RDI, led the RDI international think tank entrepreneur delegation to Zhuhai Hengqin new area to carry out cooperative research. Yang Chuan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Zhuhai Hengqin New District; Chi Tenghui, director of the Hengqin Financial Services Bureau; Hu Chuanwei, assistant general manager of Hengqin Financial Investment Group; Ye Aijun, director of investment promotion and research of Hengqin Development Co., Ltd. and leaders of the District Business Bureau accompanied the inspection and discussion.

At the symposium, Dr. Baige Zhao pointed out that RDI International think tank has always been a close strategic partner of Hengqin new area, since its establishment in 2015, through the identification, cultivation and recommendation of enterprises and technology for global development services, has gathered 319 enterprises under RDI platform which are divided into 15 categories, of which state-owned enterprises accounted for 40% and private and mixed ownership enterprises accounted for 60%. In order to form a good joint force with Hengqin New Area in the construction of the Greater Bay of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and combine the development layout of Hengqin New Area, several innovative science and technology enterprises of RDI Platform were selected to visit Hengqin. These enterprises are the leaders of the fourth industrial revolution in the future.With the development of Hengqin Free Trade Zone as the core, Zhuhai has once again integrated into the world at an amazing speed, and Hengqin has been continuing to write legends! Hengqin takes full advantage of Hong Kong's status as an international trade center and its advanced information technology to expand Macao's driving effect as an international trade platform, and the inclusive Hengqin also attracts investors from Lundy Platform.

Chi Tenghui, director of the Hengqin Financial Services Bureau, expressed his gratitude and welcome to Dr. Zhao Baige's visit to Hengqin new area led by RDI Enterprise and actively promoted the cooperation between excellent RDI enterprises and Hengqin new area, and introduced the advantages of Hengqin new area, such as investment policy, good business environment, and the unique location advantages with Macao and Hong Kong. He also said that RDI enterprises that recommended RDI platform to cooperate with Hengqin would attach great importance to it. And to ensure that Hengqin government continues to provide efficient and high-quality support services for investors.

Ye Aijun, director of investment and research of Hengqin Development Co., Ltd., said that it was very timely and significant to build a connection channel between excellent RDI enterprises led by Dr. Baige Zhao and Hengqin new area. Director Ye Aijun interpreted the Hengqin Investment Promotion Policy in detail in four dimensions. Firstly, it introduces the global participation in the "Guangdong Zhuhai Hengqin New District Innovation Competition" and the favorable incentive policies, which can give relevant subsidies to the top three enterprises totaling 10 companies   registered in Hengqin New District; Secondly, enterprises that meet the priority of the development of the new area (such as electronic information hardware and software manufacturing, traditional Chinese medicine industry and big health, etc.) will be provided superior tax relief policies. And such efforts ranks in the forefront across the nation; Thirdly, the policy of talent subsidy and individual tax relief for enterprises entering the park is introduced in an all-round way, and the degree of support and preferential treatment is very attractive; Finally, the enterprises registered in the park have been given comprehensive support in building a public service platform and guiding the development of superior industries in Hengqin New Area. Relevant leaders such as the Business Bureau made supplementary speeches and further interpretations of the relevant policies.

Jian Yuanping, president of RDI Platform Enterprise Longhao Group, and Li Qiang, vice president of Longhao Group, communicated with the leaders of Hengqin New Area Management Committee on the willingness of Longhao Group to invest in the construction of Longhao low-altitude flight simulation training base, airport and Highway Design Research Institute, and Civil Aircraft Joint Research and Development Institute in Hengqin New Area, respectively. We have reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation and the willingness to conduct interactive inspection and docking in the later period.

Wang Lihong, chairman of Tianzhuang Environmental Protection Group, RDI Platform Enterprise, introduced the whole industry chain development plan of Tianzhuang environmental protection in the degradable technology of white waste plastics, as well as the strategic positioning of the enterprise in the future, and hoped to fully cooperate with Hengqin new area in the construction of Plastic Museum and R & D Center of degradable technology of plastics, and received a positive response from the management committee.

Tan Xiaodong, founder of RDI Platform Enterprise Beibiao Research Center, introduced the National Quality Infrastructure (Nqi) jointly proposed by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). For the theoretical basis, to create the fourth industrial revolution to promote the industrialization of innovative technology high-quality development of public service platform for cooperation demands, looking forward to the Hengqin New Area enterprises of innovative technology scale, industrialization, marketization and capitalization, as well as for the "Guangdong Zhuhai Hengqin International Innovation Competition" to provide quality industry chain evaluation, analysis and support. The relevant departments of the Management Committee agree with this and look forward to the formation of a landing plan and the construction of a long-term cooperation mechanism as soon as possible.

Wang Yuwu, chairman of Guangdong Heli Construction Group, RDI platform enterprise, introduced the progress of Guangdong Heli's project in the African countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative", as well as the space and prospects for the application of assembly buildings, and looked forward to forming a landing project with Hengqin new area in assembly R & D, giving full play to the advantages of Hengqin business environment and helping Guangdong to build in the "Belt and Road Initiative". New support will be formed in the construction of Africa, and the management committee will give more attention and support to the enterprises participating in the "Belt and Road" construction of RDI platform.

Finally, Dr. Zhao Baige's conclude the symposium and focused on the RDI Platform Enterprise-Landing Technology’ AI early cancer screening laboratory, Genesis Group's advanced computer overcomputing technology and Tengfeng Group's air bearing engine manufacturing power technology. She also fully affirmed the supporting significance, project orientation and cooperation of the RDI Platform Enterprise Mission to the development of Hengqin New Area.Once again, I would like to thank the Hengqin New District Management Committee of Guangdong for its great attention and positive response to the inspection;At the same time, it said that the follow-up will also lead other outstanding enterprises of Lundi Platform to strengthen cooperation and docking with the Hengqin New Area Management Committee in this way.

Before the meeting, Xiong Yingzi, secretary of the Party branch of the Financial Industry Association of Hengqin New Area, accompanied the delegation of RDI Platform Entrepreneurs to conduct field research in the exhibition hall of Hengqin New Area, Guangdong-macao Cooperative Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park and Hengqin Macao Youth Pioneer Valley, and systematically and comprehensively introduced the overall planning, development status, future trend and business conditions of Hengqin new area to the delegation. Through VR's high-tech method, it also led entrepreneurs to "go all over" Hengqin in five minutes, and felt the great development potential and charm of Hengqin.
