Since 2010, Jing GENG has been committed to China's public welfare, cultural heritage protection, etc. As President of China Cultural Heritage Foundation, GENG is responsible for the daily operation of the Foundation and its implementing of a number of projects and activities, including "Oriental Charm", "Youths from Four Regions across the Straights on a Journey to the Silk Road", etc. GENG has led delegations to Pakistan, Japan, Britain, the U.S., France, Northern Europe and other countries and regions for study visits and cultural exchanges.

GENG has given close attention to public welfare actions in education and devoted herself to activities to help the impoverished students for a long time. Under her leadership, the Foundation, through "Small Bulb" Public Welfare Project, has organized summer camps, set up scholarships and grants, offered teacher training and donated books and school supplies for children in mountainous areas and students from "Red Army" primary schools.

In 2015, GENG joined the RDI platform in efforts to advance the construction of China-Pakistan Culture Corridor and make preparations for BRI Cultural Research Institute affiliated to the Foundation, promoting cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan
