Zhongmin WANG is a PhD in Political Economy, Professor and PhD Supervisor of the Graduate School of CASS. He started to work in February 1975. He is an expert with outstanding contributions to the state and enjoys special allowance of the State Council. He served as Vice Chairman of National Security for National Social Fund of the P.R.C., Member of the 9th National Committee of CPPCC, Member of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the 17th and the 18th National Congress.

WANG has rich experience and important influence in digital wealth, wealth management, investment and ESG. In terms of ESG development, he believes that market organizations should dig out the real value of ESG and push for the expansion of tradable curve, so that the cost of ESG value line becomes lower, and the social benefits become higher, and then it is truly feasible to carry out ESG's market-oriented practice.

At the 2019 NetEase Economist Annual Conference - Forum of China Institute for Reform and Development, WANG had an in-depth discussion on "Innovation and New Economic Growth" about how China should achieve high-quality growth when facing with challenges and gain advantages in international competition in the critical year, and how enterprises should seize development and investment opportunities to realize leapfrog development through innovation and upgrading.
