Hongbing LV served as Chairman of the 7^th Shanghai Bar Association, Deputy to the 9^th and 10^th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress, Member of the 11^th and 12^th Shanghai Commission of CPPCC and Deputy Director of Social and Legal Committee, Vice Chairman of the 10^th Shanghai Youth Federation and Vice Chairman of the 6^th Shanghai Young Entrepreneur Association, Member of the 6^th Securities Public Offering Examination and Approval Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Member of the Experts Committee of Publicly listed Companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Arbitrator of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Member and Arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and Arbitrator of Shanghai Court of Financial Arbitration. He was an Adjunct or Visiting Professor at Fudan University, Renmin University of China, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai International Studies University, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and Shanghai Finance University. LV was awarded a series of honors, including "National Outstanding Arbitrator", "Shanghai Outstanding Professional Intellectual", "Shanghai Model Worker", "Shanghai Outstanding Lawyer" and "Shanghai Advanced Individual in Justice System".
