Iiwu WANG studied at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in 1988 and obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Master's Degree in MBA. Having worked in Beijing Real Estate Development Corporation, Beijing Enterprises Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Holdings Limited (Hong Kong) , he started to serve as Chairman of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2012.

WANG is an important scholar in China's urbanization, finance and corporate management with his unique and innovative thinking in these areas. His papers attract attention from the Financial Times and other foreign financial media. His management has been rated as the "Best Annual Chinese Business Case" by Peking University and quoted in MBA textbooks of Tsinghua University. His published works include Theory of Chinese Stock Market and Practical Methods, The Construction of New Science City: Theory and Practice and Cluster Innovation Theory and Practice.

As an outstanding graduate of Tsinghua University, WANG also holds the positions of MBA student and class mentor of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and President of Tsinghua MBA Alumni Association. He has held lectures in Tsinghua University many times, and donated money to his alma mater many times, ranking top among donors for universities nationwide.
