Lihon WANG has invested in establishing a plastics degradation technology R&D team since 2006, and her eco-plastic technology had successfully obtained the invention patent with China's independent intellectual property rights, which has found the best solution to the white pollution problem caused by ordinary plastics.

She returned to China in 2008 to run a start-up and spent 10 years on the R&D of eco-plastic technology's application, thus charting an innovative path to achieve complete degradation of plastics from the source.

In 2009, WANG led the team to develop the "Green Plastic Treasure" series of nano-eco-degradable plastic products, which won the honor of "Degradable Plastic Products Designated by the 11^th National Games of the P.R.C.".

In 2010, Tianzhuang won "2010 Green Enterprise Award" issued by Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and was listed on "100 Shandong SMEs of the Online World Expo". Later, it won the title of "2011 China's Overseas Returnee Pioneer Park's 100 Most Growing Venture Enterprises". It built China Postdoctoral Research Station in 2012 and won the "Second Prize of the Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Award" of the Ministry of Agriculture of the P.R.C.

She has contributed to replacing old growth drivers to the new ones of China's traditional plastic packaging industry by developing environmental protection technology. She sets new goals for the Tianzhuang in the next decade: 1) achieving the annual treatment of pollution caused by over 20 million ton plastic packaging, creating an output value of CNY 500 billion in green plastic packaging and achieving a profit and tax of over CNY 100 billion; 2) solving the problem of environmental pollution caused by global disposable plastics with its environmental protection technology, to allow the innovative biodegradable plastic technology to make positive contributions to BRI. Let "Natural and Environment Friendly Manufacturing" be a new name card of " Made in China".
