Jason Ho Kin Tung is Founder and CEO of Forte (Hangzhou) Technology Service Co., Ltd., Member of the 13th Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, Member of the Youth Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Vice Chairman of the Beijing-Macau Economic and Cultural Exchange Promotion Association.

In 2016, he obtained his Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, and served as Chairman of the Hong Kong Students’ Association during his study there. He actively organized various activities, successfully promoted the connection between graduated alumni and students in school, and built bridges for Hong Kong students who studied at the universities in the eastern and western coasts of the U.S to carry out study and work exchanges. In 2018, he independently founded Forte (Hangzhou) Technology Service Company (hereinafter referred to as “Forte”). Forte integrates the advantages of domestic and foreign resources, is committed to the incubation of science and technology enterprises, angel investment, enterprise acceleration and hi-tech innovation transformation, aiming to create an international Makers Community, promote Hong Kong and Macau entrepreneurs to start businesses in the Mainland and attract foreign talents and projects. Meanwhile, Forte takes advantages of foreign resources to establish a global network of incubators and accelerators to promote exchanges and projects in various places. In order to build a high-quality incubator, Forte will set up a venture capital fund in the future, focusing on investing in areas related to the UN SDGs, including health care, agriculture and food technology, environment protection and new infrastructure technology.

In 2018, he was elected Member of the 13th Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC and served as Vice Chairman of the Beijing-Macau Economic and Cultural Exchange Promotion Association. His proposes advice and plans from the perspective of young people based on their characters to promote youth from Hong Kong and Macau to integrate into the mainland development. He has participated in many events, including the Beijing and Macau Youth  Forum for Innovation and Startup 2019 and the 20th Anniversary of Macau's Return to Motherland. He actively linked up with domestic enterprises and introduced them to the Macau S.A.R., giving full play to the role of youth to diversify the industrial development of Macau.

In 2019, he became Youth Committee Member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and participated in and made a speech at the Guangdong Entrepreneurs Convention. He actively promotes young entrepreneurs to explore the deepening of industrial and commercial cooperation inGBA, and promotes the coordinated and high-quality development of the regional economy.
