On March 10, 2015, Qiang Wei, the Communist Party Secretary of Jiangxi province and Director of Jiangxi Provincial People’s Congress met with Zhao Baige, Vice-Chair, NPC Foreign Affairs Committee; Member, NPC Standing Committee, and Chair, Advisory Committee of CASS-RDI Project. Both sides discussed the strategies on how Jiangxi province could participate in and integrate into the One Belt and One Road initiate.
