On March 22, 2015, Guo Gengmao, the Communist Party Secretary of Henan province and Director of Henan Provincial People’s Congress met with Zhao Baige, Vice-Chair, NPC Foreign Affairs Committee; Member, NPC Standing Committee and Chair, Advisory Committee of CASS-RDI Project.
