2015年5月31日，中共中央政治局委员、新疆维吾尔自治区党委书记、新疆建设兵团党委第一书记、第一政委张春贤同志在乌鲁木齐会见了赵白鸽率领的中国社会科学院蓝迪国际智库项目代表团一行。代表团刚刚结束在克拉玛依的调研，应邀即将赴巴基斯坦访问，就新疆特别是克拉玛依参与中巴经济走廊建设的有关思考和建议向自治区领导同志们做了汇报。
